摘要
目的:合成新的联苯双酯类似物。方法:对联苯双酯的酯基进行结构修饰,合成了一些对称和不对称的联苯双酯类似物;用IR,1HNMR,MS和EA等进行结构鉴定。结果:完成了9个α联苯双酯酯基部分衍生物的合成,其中3个(3,4和5)为新化合物。结论:这些化合物大部分有较强的抗肿瘤活性。
AIM: To synthesize some new analogues of DDB (dimethyl 4,4dimethoxy5,6,5,6dimethylenedioxy2,2biphenyl dicarboxylate). METHODS: Structure modification to the carbomethoxy of DDB to synthesize some symmetrical and asymmetrical biphenyl anlogues. The structures of these compounds are confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, MS and EA. RESULTS: Nine dirivatives of DDB have been synthesized and three of them ( 3 , 4 and 5 ) are new compounds. CONCLUSION: Most of these compounds have antitumor activities.
