Since studying the Qingyuan City Hospital' s management model featuring high efficiency, good quality and low cost, the Yingde City Hospital, Guangdong Province, has accumulated and developed significant experiences with: client-centered quality improvement project, and client satisfaction strategy with clients' level of satisfaction as a highest standard; adaptation of hospital design, organizational management, services scope and items to the actual work the hospital is expected to carry out in the environment of health insurance system; clinical introduction of cost-effective therapies recommended by information resources, and comparative analyses of the results based on selective use of lack of use of new methods , in order to determine which are apt to contribute better effects for concrete conditions.
