摘要
新的医疗保险制度的实施,既意味着“以药养医”体制的终结,又促使医疗机构之间形成竞争机制。新形势下医院的发展必须适应医疗市场。如何形成市场适应性优势,广东省中医院在“决策”、“人才培养”和“中医特色”等三个方面大胆改革旧的管理机制,取得了显著的效果。
Medical markets are overviewed from perspectives: health insurance systems that motivate hospitals to more actively participate in market competition and become responsible for their own maintenance and development; growing need to meet the challenges posed by the rapidity and scale of aging world wide; declining reimbursements in funding services, programs and facilities require more flexibility, innovative and creative efforts on the part of hospitals to adjust and adapt to market - driven selection; diversity has its wisdom and clinical advantage in that physicians are able to choose different mechanisms of action and different profiles of interaction and complementarity in a wide range of individual patients.
