摘要
为采取科学有效的管理方法,合理设置急诊留观床位数,采用运筹学中的排队论理论,对综合性医院急诊留观病人排队系统进行研究,提出床位设置的最佳值,并指出适当增加留观床位,加强管理,有效降低平均留观天数及其波动程度,可增加床位周转率,满足“一切以病人为中心”的服务要求。
