摘要
本文介绍一种新的防腐技术——锌箔基涂层防腐技术。该涂层具有不易老化和不可渗透性,能抑制膜下腐蚀,同时又能起到阳极的作用,耐久性好,防腐寿命长,不污染环境,不危害人身健康。适用于海洋、浅海、沙漠地区的气液界面腐蚀环境,也适用于土壤电阻小于20Ω·m的埋地管道。经合金化和钝化处理后的锌箔基,其防腐性能和寿命还可显著提高。
This paper introduces a newly used anti-corrosion material--coating with Zn-foil base. This coating has many advantages, such as: anti-aging, non-permeable, and restraining of corrosion under film. Futhermore, the coating has a function of positive pole, good endurance and long life. It also doesn＇t polute environment and is not harmful to haman health. It can be used not only in various gas-liquid corrosion conditions, such as ocean, offshore desert, but also in underground pipeline with less than 20Ω·m of soil resistance. By treatment with alloying and passivating, its corrosion performance can further be improved.
