On How to Cultivate Vocational College Students’Comprehensive Employment Ability

高职生就业能力可以分为专业就业能力和综合就业能力,其中,综合就业能力是就业关键能力或就业核心能力。借助思想政治理论课内实践和职业生涯规划指导形成合力,提高高职生综合就业能力。

Vocational college students＇ employment ability includes their professional ability and comprehensive ability, of which the latter is the key and core competence for employment. We must cultivate students＇ ability to learn, express, practice and cooperate by virtue of classroom practice. The advisor must guide students to plan their career and enhance their comprehensive competency for employment stage by stage.
