摘要
高校要按照学习型组织建设思路有序建立完备的职业发展管理制度,使辅导员具有较好的学习能力、较高的工作效力和较强的创新精神,更加符合辅导员工作专业化、职业化发展的规律。
Owing to objective and subjective reasons, a considerable number of college counselors lack the consciousness of plan and develop their career with sustained scientific learning and the misconceptions they have often lead to misacts. Colleges and universities must build perfect career development and management system based on learning organization theory so as to improve counselors' learning ability, working efficiency and initiative spirit and make them more specialized and professionalized.
