摘要
新任辅导员如何尽快有效地发挥其专业素养是当前辅导员工作研究的一项重要内容。本文从教师专业发展途径的角度,秉持教师即研究者的基本工作观点,结合个人经验,阐述了新任辅导员(尤指新上岗的青年辅导员)发展专业素养的三个基本途径,并作学理性的探讨。
HOW can novice topic for research. Based advisors quickly bring on personal viewpoint approaches for novice advisors, especially newly their professional qualities into play is an important and experience, this paper puts forward three basic appointed young ones, to development their professional qualities.
