集内脚手架法和水浮法之特长的大型储罐施工新工艺

A Construction Technology of Large Floating Roof Oil Tank with Water Floating Scaffolding

本文基于对大型浮顶油罐水浮正装和内脚手架正装施工工艺的分析比较,取长补短,推出水浮脚手架配自动焊施工新工艺。这种新工艺在黄岛、新疆等工地实施后,证明具有施工工期短,施工辅助用料省,安装质量好等特点。

Comparing the water floating down-up installation with internal scaffolding down-up installation for large oil tank, and taking in and off the advantages and disadvantages from both installation, this paper introduces a new construction technology water floating scaffolding with auto-welding. After construction practices in Huang Dao and Man jiang provence, it proves that the new technology has the following features: short period of construction, material saving and good installation quality.
