中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折67例分析

Analysis of 67 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus in combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine

目的 总结中西医结合治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的有效方法,以此探讨中西医结合骨科的临床意义.方法 以2002年5月～2009年10月笔者收治的肱骨外科颈骨折67例作为临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 67例骨折全部愈合.按Constant和Muyley肩关节功能评分系统,优45例,良16例,可5例,差1例,优良率91%.结论 结合中西医骨科各自的优势治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,可提高疗效,减少并发症的发生,中西医结合治疗方法值得在临床推广.

Objective To sum up the effective method in treating fracture of surgical neck of humerus in the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine so as to explore the clinical significance of combining traditional chinese and western medicine in orthopaedics. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical dada of 67 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus, which were received and cured by the writer from May 2002 to October 2009. Results 67 cases of fracture have all been healed. According to Constant and Muyley shoulder function rating system,45 were rated as excellent, 16 as good, 5 as fair, and 1 as poor. The rate of excellent and good results is 91%. Conclusion Combining the advantages of traditional chinese medicine with that of western medicine can enhance the curative effect and decrease the complications in treating fracture of surgical neck of humerus. The combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine is worth popularizing in clinical.
