摘要
目的旨在观察分析动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）与CSⅡ泵联合治疗初诊老年2型糖尿病患者相关临床疗效。方法采用自身前、后对照，对90例初诊老年2型糖尿病予以胰岛素泵输注法控制血糖，同时使用CGMS评估。结果与治疗前相比其基线血糖水平均明显降低（P〈0．05）；基线血糖漂移幅度均明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论CGMS与CSⅡ联合应用能更有效地控制初诊老年2型糖尿病患者血糖水平。
Objective The aim is observing the analytical continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） and the CS Ⅱ pump consociation to cure early 2 diabetic elderly patients with related curative effect. Methods Check against before adopting an oneself and behind, to 9v0 early 2 diabetic elderly patients give the insulin pump into method to control glucose, using CGMS valuation in the meantime. Results Compared its baseline glucose levels to lower all and obviously with treatment ago（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The baseline glucose drift range descends all and obviously （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The CGMS and the CS II＇s uniting an application can control early 2 diabetic elderly patients glucose levels more availably.
