摘要
目的 探讨下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的预防.方法 2005年10月～2006年8月间行下肢骨折手术86例.对所有骨折术后患者均采用下肢主、被动运动,静点纤溶酶及应用骨折治疗仪等方法预防下肢深静脉血栓.结果 所有86例患者观察期内均未出现下肢深静脉血栓.结论 综合方法预防下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓的发生具有积极的临床意义.
Objective To discuss the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis following lower limb fracture. Methods From October 2005 to Augest 2006 , 86 patients with lower limb fracture were operated, all of them had been given prophylaxis for deep vein thrombosis which include passive and active movement of lower limb, fibrinolytic enzyme, fracture - treatment apparatus. Results Non patient had deep vein thrombosis. Conclution Comprehensive prophylaxis for deep vein thrombosis was effective and safe.
