摘要
钢制容器人孔的焊接应力及塌陷变形,直接影响容器的焊接质量和使用寿命。为此,本文在模拟试验的基础上,从焊接规范、焊接方法、补强圈的加工、接头坡口型式、焊接方向、焊接顺序等方面,提出了减小和控制人孔焊接应力及塌陷变形的有效措施。
Welding stress and concaving deformation of man-hole of steel vessel influence directly welding quality and life of using. Therefore, this paper, based on model test, puts forward the effective measures to reduce and control the welding stress and concaving deformation from various aspects of welding specification, welding process, manufacture of compensating stress ring, slope type of jpint, welding direction and welding order.
