提出了简化依赖网络、寻找公共手段及复合手段的算法．在此基础上提出面向思维的“手段－目的分析”寻优方法．

In this paper,the algorithms for reducing dependency network and finding common means and composite means are established.Based on them,“means end analysis”for optimization problem,a facing thinking method,is proposed,which is applied to the generation expansion planning problem.
