摘要
利用基于反馈外延的模糊决策方法,对电网规划的决策问题中涉及到的模糊问题进行了处理.文中考虑了投资费用、系统可靠性和对环境影响等三方面因素,认为各个因素的权系数是可变的,并应用变权分析方法对此进行了处理.讨论是在IEEE-6样本网络上进行的,文中对多个候选方案进行决策分析,结果表明该模糊决策方法能很好地解决电网规划中遇到的模糊问题.
A fuzzy decision method based on the feedback extension has been proposed to deal with the fuzzy problem in the decision process of power network planning in this paper. Three fuzzy factors, which are the investment cost, the system reliability and the influence to the surroundings, have been considered. The weight of each factor is variable by applying the variable weight method. The IEEE 6 nodes power network has been used as an example. The result shows that this method can be successfully used to resolve the fuzzy problem in the power network planning.
