摘要
临床诊断治疗过程实际上是一个医疗信息采集、传递、存贮、处理、表示的过程.如何表达医疗信息的数量特征,如何揭示临床医疗活动过程信息流本质,是进一步开发计算机临床信息系统的关键性问题.本文借鉴申农信息论中信息熵理论,探讨测定医疗信息熵的基本原理和方法,提出医疗信息熵中各值的实际意义。
The procedure in the clinical diagnosis & treatment is a process of treatment information collecting, transmitting, storing, processing, and presenting. It is a key problem for developing clinical information systems that how to express the quantitative features of the medical information and how to reveal the nature of the information flow in clinical diagnosis activities. This paper delves into the basic principles and method for measuring medical information entropy, advances the real meaning of the values on medical information entropy, and expounds the basic principles to measure information entropy.
