摘要
分析了乏气进粉中间储仓式制粉系统的控制任务和特点,提出了采用智能控制系统实现该系统的启停控制和正常调节.在200MW机组上的应用表明,控制系统投入后不仅减少了运行人员的操作,而且使制粉系统运行品质得到明显改善。
Based on analyzing the characteristics and thecontrol tasks of the storage pulverized-coal milling systemwith exhaust pneumatic convey, thes paper puts out acorresponding intelligent control strategy and applies it tothe start-stop and running control of the storage pulverizedcoal milling system with exhaust pneumatic convey. Theapplication in the 200MW unit indicates that manualoperation is reduced dramatically and the performance isimproved greatly after it has been put into use.
