阿立哌唑与奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的系统评价

Systematic review of aripiprazole versus quetiapine in the treatment for schizophrenia

目的 了解阿立哌唑与奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应的差异.方法 检索国内关于阿立哌唑与奎硫平对照研究治疗精神分裂症的文献,应用固定效应模型法的方差倒置法对查阅到14篇进行评估.结果 阿立哌唑与奎硫平的疗效无显著性差异[x2=0.14,P＞0.05,OR=1.06,95%CI（0.83～1.36）],奎硫平组发生口干、心动过速、食欲减退不良反应比阿立哌唑组多,有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,阿立哌唑组发生头痛不良反应比奎硫平组多,有显著性差异（P＜0.001）.结论 阿立哌唑与奎硫平的疗效相当,不良反应均较轻.

Objective To study the difference in therapeutic effects and side effects between aripiprazole and quetiapine. Methods A total of 14 paper about control study comparing aripiprazole with quetiapine in treatment of schizophrenia retrieved of our country were subjected to to vari- ance inversion methods of fixed effects model . Results There was no significant difference on clinical efficacy between aripiprazole group and quetiapinegroup [X2 =0.14,P 〉0.05,OR = 1.06,95%CI（0.83 - 1.36） ]. The incidences of adverse reactions such as dry mouth decrease of appelite in quetiapine group were significantly higher than in aripiprazole group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidences of adverse reactions such as headache in aripiprazole group were significantly higher than in quetiapine group（P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion Aripiprazole is as effective as with fewer side effect for the treatment of schizophrenia.
