氨氯地平片联合单硝酸异山梨脂治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效 被引量：7

摘要 观察氨氯地平联合单硝酸异山梨酯对老年单纯性收缩期高血压（ISH）患者降压治疗.122例ISH患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予氨氯地平片5～10 mg qd及氢氯噻嗪12.5 mg qd 观察组给予氨氯地平片5～10 mg qd,单硝酸异山梨酯30～60 mg qd,连用8周.结果 显示,观察组对脉压改善明显优于对照组,且对舒张压影响小.
