摘要
2-三氟甲基丙烯酸是一种重要的的化工医药中间体。制备2-三氟甲基丙烯酸的原料有两种,2-三氟甲基-2-羟基丙腈和3,3,3-三氟丙烯。后者采用过渡金属配合物催化法,或制成2-溴三氟丙烯后与锌、镁、锂等金属反应。但是2-溴三氟丙烯的金属试剂,即三氟异丙基金属试剂,在常温下容易热分解。采用高活性金属在低温下反应有望减少其热分解,从而提高收率。
2-Trifluoromethylacrylic acid is an important intermediate of chemical industry.There are two basic materials for preparing 2-trifluoromethylacrylic acid.They are 2-trifluoromethyl-2-hydroxypropylnitrile and 3,3,3-trifluoropropene.The preparation from 3,3,3-trifluoropropene need to be catalyzed by transition metal complexes or use organometallic regent of zinc,magnesium and lithium.But the organometallic reagent of 2-bromotrifluoropropene is easy to decompose,which can be decreased by using highly reactive metal at low temperature.As a result,the yield of 2-trifluoromethylacrylic acid can be increased in some extend.
