摘要
分别采用不同来源的钛白颜料来制备反射隔热涂料,考察涂料分散时间与浆料细度及最终涂膜性能的关系。结果表明:相比TR TiO2颜料涂膜,XJ TiO2颜料涂膜的对比率、拉伸强度、断裂延伸率和耐洗刷性在涂料被分散研磨40~60 min后得到较大的提升。然而,涂料的隔热性能受颜料种类和颗粒细度的影响较小。
In preparation of reflective thermal insulation coating with titanium pigments from different sources,the relation between dispersing time,fineness and final properties of coating was investigated.The results showed that in comparison with TR TiO2-contained coating,XJ TiO2-contained coating obtained more significant improvement in contrast ratio,mechanical properties and scrubbing resistance after being dispersed and ground for 40~60 minutes.However,the pigment type and particle fineness had little influence on the thermal insulation of coating.
