水分散性纳米SiO_2/含氟聚合物复合乳液的制备及表征 被引量:2

摘要 以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)为原料,在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/OP-10复合乳化剂作用下,以氨水为催化剂制备水分散性功能化纳米SiO2粒子。采用乳液聚合法,在乙烯基功能化纳米SiO2表面接枝短氟链含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物,合成纳米SiO2/含氟聚合物复合乳液,并通过红外光谱(IR)、粒径分析、热失重(TGA)等方法表征所得产物的结构及性能。结果表明,纳米SiO2/含氟聚合物复合乳液具有较好的分散稳定性及耐热稳定性。 Highly monodisperse spherical silica nanoparticles were prepared with KH-570 via one-step emulsion reaction in aqueous solution,using nonylphenol poly(oxyethylenic)(OP-10) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS) as emulsifier and ammonium hydroxide as catalyst.Silica/poly(fluorinated acrylates) composite emulsions were prepared by emulsion polymerization.Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrometry,particle size analysis,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) were performed to elucidate the structures and properties of the hybrid emulsion.The results indicated that the silica particles were highly monodispersed and the hybrid emulsion had excellent dispersion stability and thermal stability.
