鼠视网膜的免疫原性

Immunogenicity of retina in mice

为探讨视网膜的免疫原性，选择ＤＢＡ／２鼠（ＭＨＣ为Ｈ２ｄ）为供体，Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６（ＭＨＣ为Ｈ２ｂ）或ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ鼠（ＭＨＣ为Ｈ２ｄ）为受体，把ＤＢＡ／２鼠的半个视网膜移植于受体鼠的皮下，２周后检测迟发型超敏反应（ＤＴＨ）和细胞毒性Ｔ淋巴细胞（ＣＴＬ）。结果示移植组的迟发型超敏反应（ＤＴＨ）和细胞介导的细胞毒效应（ＣＴＬ）均低于阳性对照ＤＢＡ／２鼠脾细胞组（Ｐ＜０．０１），高于阴性对照假手术组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＤＢＡ／２鼠视网膜表达ＭＨＣⅠ类和Ⅱ类抗原及ＭｉｎｏｒＨＣ抗原，刺激受鼠产生较弱的细胞免疫应答。视网膜具有弱免疫原性。

Objective: To evaluate the immunogenicity of retina. Methods: DBA/2 mice (MHCH 2 d) were used as donors, C57BL/6 mice (MHC H 2 d) or BALB/C mice (MHC H 2 d) as recipients. Half retina of DBA/2 mouse was transplanted subcutaneously to a C57BL/6 or BALB/C mouse. The delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) and specific killing rate of cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL) were detected two weeks later. Results: The results of DTH and specific killing rate of CTL in the retina of DBA/2 mice were significantly lower than the positive group( P <0.01), but significantly higher than the negative group( P <0.01). Conclusion: MHC Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ antigen and minor histocompatibility complex antigen(Minor HC) are expressed in the retina of the DBA/2 mouse, which stimulates immune system of recipient to produce weak cellular immune response. It is suggested that the retina has weak immunogenicity.
