摘要
以四氯吡啶为原料,利用六氯乙烷为卤化剂一步合成氟草烟关键中间体五氯吡啶,收率80%;目标化合物的结构通过IR和Gc-MS确证;该方法避免了有毒氯气的使用,且反应的另一产物可回收后重新转化为六氯乙烷套用,具有简单、安全、清洁的优点。
Started from tetrachloropyridine, key intermediate of fluroxypyr pentaehloropyridine was obtained in one step utilized chlorination by hexachloroethane, which was in yield of 80% and structure was determined by IR and GC-MS. Chlorine gas was avoided and another by-product can be transform to hexachloroethane and recover in this method, which has advantage of simply, safety and clean.
