摘要
在实验室条件下,利用间隔式测重,研究了3组不同微波加热比功率下细粉煤的除湿变化特性,并建立了数学模型。研究表明,细粉煤微波加热除湿率可分为:初始除湿、快速除湿和缓慢除湿3个阶段;除湿比速率可分为:加速除湿、相对恒速除湿和降速除湿阶段等3个阶段。通过对试验数据进行回归分析,得到细粉煤微波加热的除湿规律,并对回归模型参数进行了分析,分析结果与试验结果相吻合。
The characteristic of fine coal dewatering by microwave heating with three different power-to-weights, and the dewatering mathematical models of fine coal were investigated under the laboratory condition. The experimental results showed that the dewatering ratio could he divided into three stages: initial dewatering, rapidly dewatering, and slowly dewatering. And dewatering velocity rate also could be divided into three stages: accelerated dewatering stage, relatively constant rate stage and reducing rate stage. The dewatering mathematical model was established by experimental regression. The analyses of coefficients of regression equation were in good agreement with the experi mental results.
