摘要
相对AGC多采用头部锁定的方式,如果带钢头部厚度变化剧烈,则不同带钢的锁定厚度会相差很大,进而严重影响机架间负荷分配。针对该现象,提出了一种利用机架咬钢后的平均厚度作为锁定厚度的新方法,已成功应用于多个热轧带钢厂,取得了良好的效果。
Relative AGC generally uses head locking mode. If thickness of strip head changes acutely, locking thickness will differ greatly in different strips. Consequently load distribution of mills is affected seriously. According to this phenomenon, a new method which uses average thickness after rolling mill bites steel as locking thickness is proposed. The method has been successfully applied in hot strip plants and achieved good effects.
