主要以某中型越野车前桥半轴为研究对象,通过CATIA软件的DMU模块和多体动力学软件ADAMS对其进行了运动模拟和动力学分析,重点研究了不同工况下三销轴式万向节内部的运动情况以及两端半轴所受轴向力的大小,为以后三销轴式半轴的设计提供了参考与借鉴。

This article briefly described the movement form of the three pin-type universal joints.Through DMU motion simulation and ADAMS dynamics analysis,studied the axial force of three pin-type universal joint with different condi-tions,provided a reference for the future design of three-pin type axle.
