摘要
[目的]研究几种蕨类植物在不同基质中的常规孢子繁殖。[方法]选用4种不同的栽培基质,进行蕨类的常规孢子繁殖试验。[结果]多数蕨类的孢子在沙+珍珠岩+泥炭(1:1:1)的基质组合中成苗率最高,也比较稳定。沙+泥炭(1:1)和沙+珍珠岩(1:1)的基质组合可以作为少部分蕨类植物的孢子繁殖播种基质。珍珠岩+泥炭(1:1)基质组合不适宜作为孢子繁殖的播种基质。[结论]沙+珍珠岩+泥炭(1:1:1)的基质组合可以作为大多蕨类植物孢子繁殖的播种基质。
[Objective]The aim was to study the spore propagation of ferns with the different mediums.[Method]With 4 kinds of mediuns as the material,the spore propagation tests were investigated.[Result]The results showed that the highest seedling rate was the medium of sand+perlite+ turves(1:1:1).The sand+perlite (1:1) and sand+turves (1:1) could be used as the mediums for a few of ferns.The perlite+ turves(1:1) was not fit for ferns.[Conclusion]The sand+perlite+ turves(1:1:1) could be used as the medium for most of ferns.
