摘要
采用凯氏定氮法和分光光度法对东魁杨梅各营养器官的生化成分进行了测定。结果表明,叶片总糖、总蛋白和游离蒽醌含量最高,根皮次之;根皮和茎皮粗脂肪含量较高,根木质部次之;茎皮总黄酮、总绿原酸、总鞣质含量最高,根皮次之。
The contents of biochemical components in vegetative organs of Dongkui red bayberry were determined by kjeldahl nitrogen and spectrophotometry method.The results showed that the contents of total sugar,protein and free anthraquinones in leaves were the highest,and the following were those in root bark.The content of crude fat in stem bark and root bark was higher,and the following was that in root xylem.The contents of total flavonoids,total chlorogenic acid and total tannin in stem bark were the highest,and the following were those in root bark.
