摘要
[目的]研究磁场处理小白菜种子对其种子活力及叶片中PPO、SOD酶活性的影响,为磁生物学的深入研究和探究磁场处理在小白菜生产中的应用及生物机制提供一定的理论依据。[方法]用梯度为0.4、0.8、1.2、1.6、2.0T的磁场强度处理小白菜种子,处理时间分别为5、10、15、20min,另设一个非磁场处理作对照(CK)。将各处理分成2组,一组用于种子活力的测定,另一组用于酶活的测定。[结果]经过磁场处理后,小白菜种子的发芽率在一定的磁场强度范围内随着磁场强度的加强而提高,其活力指标及小白菜叶片中PPO和SOD酶活性以1.2T15min和1.2T10min为最高。表明通过适度的磁场处理,可以提高小白菜种子的发芽率、活力指数和叶片中的酶活性,进而提高小白菜的抗病性。[结论]适宜的磁场强度和适当时间的磁处理可以提高小白菜种子的发芽率,且显著提高叶片中PPO、SOD酶活性。
[Objective]The theoretic reference for the application of the magnetic biology in cabbage(Brassica chinensis) production and its mechanism was provided through the depth research on the treatment of magnetic field affecting the seed vigor and the enzymatic activity of PPO and SOD in leaf of cabbage.[Method]The cabbage seeds were treated in the magnetic field with 0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6 and 2.0 T for 5,10,15 and 20 minutes,respectively,and non-treatment was designed as CK.There were two groups in each treatment and one was experimented in seed vigor and another was tested in enzymatic activity.[Results]The experimental results showed that in a certain range of the magnetic field the seed germination rate was raised with the magnetic field-strengthening and the strongest seed vigor and the highest enzymatic activity of PPO and SOD in leaf of cabbage appeared in the treatment of 1.2 T for 15 minutes and1.2 T for 10 minutes.The treatment of moderate magnetic field could improve the seed germination rate,vigor index,enzyme activity and disease resistance of cabbage.[Conclusion]The treatment of moderate magnetic field could improve the seed germination rate and significantly raise the enzymatic activity of PPO and SOD in leaf of cabbage.
