摘要 [目的]研究CRBN基因与常染色体隐性遗传非综合征轻型精神发育迟滞(ARNSMR)的关系,探讨小鼠CRBN基因mRNA在不同组织中的表达情况。[方法]应用RT-PCR和Real-time PCR技术,研究了小鼠CRBN基因在肺、肝、心脏、肾和大脑中的表达情况。[结果]小鼠CRBN基因mRNA在肺、大脑中表达量较高,在心脏中表达量最低。[结论]小鼠CRBN基因广泛表达于不同组织,除了与学习、记忆功能相关外,可能还有其他功能。 [Objective]In order to explore the relationship of CRBN gene with autosomal recessive nonsyndromic mental retardation (ARNSMR),we analyze mRNA expression profile of CRBN gene in different mouse tissues.[Methods]By using RT-PCR and Real-time PCR,we examine expression of mouse CRBN gene in lung,liver,heart,kidney and brain.[Result]Result shows that CRBN is expressed at an extremely high level in mouse lung and brain,while at an extremely low level in heart.[Conclusion]Mouse CRBN gene is expressed widely.It may play important role in various tissues besides learning and memory.
