中药复方多糖的急性毒性研究

Study on Acute Toxicity of Compound Chinese Medicine Polysaccharide

[目的]为中药复方多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。[方法]采用小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验进行安全性试验。[结果]急性毒性试验表明,小鼠灌胃给予中药复方多糖,其LD50为40.19g/kg,LT50为145h;微核试验表明,3种剂量组中药复方多糖均表现为阴性,且中药复方多糖与小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无剂量关系。[结论]在动物体内摄入剂量小于30g/kg中药复方多糖是安全可靠的。

[Objective ] The aim was to provide reference for further develop and utilize of compound chinese medicine polysaccharide.[Metheod] The experiment was made by acute toxicity test and red cell micronucleus test.[Resuilt] The rusults showed that the LD50 and LT50 was 40.19 g/kg and 145 h respectively.Micronucleus test showed that 3 doses of compound chinese medicine polysaccharide were negative,and there was no relation between compound chinese medicine polysaccharide and micronucleus rate.[Conlusion] The dose within 30 g/kg was safe for the animals.
