摘要 [目的]探索鸡油菌菌根菌对造林过程中马尾松生长的影响。[方法]采用非灭菌接种法研究鸡油菌菌根菌对马尾松幼苗根际菌根的形成,以及对马尾松幼苗树高生长、地径生长和冠幅生长的影响。[结果]接种组具有较高的菌根感染率(P<0.05),树高平均值比对照组树高生长提高29.0%,接种组幼苗地径比非接种组幼苗地径生长提高51.7%,接种组冠幅比非接种组冠幅提高46.6%。[结论]人工接种的鸡油菌在马尾松新造林地的环境里能够与马尾松幼苗维持良好的共生关系,促进幼苗生长。 [Objective] The effect of Cantharellus mycorrhizal fungi on the Masson growth in the process of forestation.[Method] The formation of mycorrhizal fungus of Cantharellus affecting the mycorrhiza of Masson was researched with the method of non-sterile inoculation and the effect of mycorrhizal fungus of Cantharellus on the height of seedling,diameter of stem and the range of tree canopy of the tree was tested.[Results] The infection rate of the treatment inoculated with the mycorrhizal fungus of Cantharellus was significantly higher than that of the CK(P0.05),the average value of tree height,the diameter of tree stem and tree canopy was 29.0%,51.7% and 46.6% larger than these of the CK,respectively.[Conclusion] The mycorrhizal fungus of Cantharellus artificially inoculated in the root range of Masson newly planted could was maintain a good symbiotic relationship with the seedling of the tree.
