摘要
齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)是我国特有的重要冷水性经济鱼类,主要分布于我国长江上游。随着长江上游干支流梯级电站开发和大量水利工程修建,其野生种群数量急剧减少。介绍了齐口裂腹鱼的生物学特性、肌肉营养学、生理生化、种群遗传多态性和人工养殖等,以期为齐口裂腹鱼进一步的研究及其资源保护与利用提供理论依据。
Schizothorax prenanti inhabited with relatively low temperature,is an important commercial fish living in the upper reaches of Rangtze River in China.Due to over-fishing and construction of hydropower stations in the Yangtze River and its tributaries,its wild population has undergone a dramatic decline in numbers.In this study,the biological characters,nutrient content analysis,physiological and biochemical characters,genetic diversity and artificial reproduction of the fish are introduced in order to provide important information for conserving and restoring the wild populations of S.prenanti.
