摘要 介绍了核移植后核重编程的机制,并讨论了核移植重编程中DNA甲基化和组蛋白乙酰化对核移植胚胎的影响。 This review takes the DNA metylation and histone acetylation as emphasis to introduce mainly the precise mechanism of nuclear transfer reprogramming,and then discusses the effect of DNA metylation and histone acetylation on nuclear transfer reprogramming.
