摘要
[目的]研究不同沼肥处理对紫花苜蓿光合特性的影响。[方法]在自然条件下,采用CI-340光合仪测定了不同沼肥处理(处理①:纯沼肥;处理②:80%沼肥+20%水;处理③:50%沼肥+50%水;处理④:30%沼肥+70%水,CK:不施沼肥)下盆栽紫花苜蓿苗期的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和相关生态因子(光合有效辐射、气温、大气相对湿度)的变化;在实验室分析了叶绿素含量的变化。[结果]苜蓿净光合速率处理③最好,在9:30时最高,极显著地高出CK38.51%(P<0.01);叶绿素含量为处理③>处理④>CK>处理②>处理①(P<0.01);蒸腾速率呈单峰曲线变化,而处理③显著高于其他处理(P<0.05)。[结论]处理③的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶绿素含量均高于其他处理。
[Objective ]The aim was to study the effect of different treatments of biogas fertilizer on photosynthesis characteristic of alfalfa.[Method]Under natural conditions,CI-340 is adopted to detect the changes in the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and relevant ecological factors (photosynthetically active radiation,temperature and atmospheric relative humidity) of the potted alfalfa during its seedling stage under different treatments (treatment No.1:pure biogas fertilizer;treatment No.2:80% biogas fertilizer +20%water;treatment No.3:50%biogas fertilizer +50%water;treatment No.4:30%biogas fertilizer +70%water;CK:no biogas fertilizer) of biogas fertilizer.Moreover the change of chlorophyll content is inspected in the laboratory.[Result]The net photosynthetic rate of alfalfa leaf is the best in treatment No.3,which reaches the highest in 9:30 and increases significantly 38.51% more than CK(P〈0.01);as for the chlorophyll contents,treatment No.3〉treatment No.4〉 CK 〉treatment No.2 〉treatment No.1(P〈0.01);transpiration rate shows a single peak curve,which is significantly higher under treatment No.3 than under others(P〈0.05).[Conclusion ]Treatment No.3 has higher net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and chlorophyll contents than other treatments.
