摘要
使用雾化喷淋法对TNT浓度约为1800mg/kg的土壤进行了生物修复研究,并分析了不同土壤污泥混合比例对该工艺降解速率的影响。结果表明,该工艺中TNT及其代谢产物均可得到高效降解,加入污泥可提高TNT的降解速率。通过无生物控制试验对比可知,TNT的转化主要是在微生物的作用下完成的;高效复合微生物菌群P125在高TNT浓度下仍保持较高的增长速率并维持较高的降解TNT及其代谢产物的活性。
The biological remedy of soil with TNT concn.of about 1 800 mg/kg by using atomized spraying method was researched and the effects of different mixing proportions of soil to sludge on the degrading rate of this technology were analyzed.The results indicated that both TNT and its metabolites could be degraded efficiently in this technology and the addition of sludge could enhance the degrading rate of TNT.Through comparing with non-biological control experiment,it could be concluded that the transformation of TNT was mainly finished under the microbial action;the increasing rate of efficient compound microbial population P125 was still kept higher under high TNT concn.and its activity on degrading TNT and its metabolites was sustained higher too.
