摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定了钱塘江沉积物中15种多环芳烃的浓度,研究了其中PAHs的时空分布特征,并与国内外其他河流沉积物中PAHs的浓度水平作了比较。结果表明,钱塘江沉积物中15种PAHs的总浓度范围为91.3~1835.2ng/g,平均浓度为326.6ng/g;以3环和4环为主,分别占总浓度的31.9%和30.4%。沉积物中PAHs浓度逐年升高,城区江段大于农村江段,富阳江段浓度最高。
The concentration of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediment of Qiantang River was determined by HPLC.The spatial and temporal distribution of PAHs was studied to compare with the concentration levels of PAHS in sediments of other rivers at home and abroad.The results showed that the total concentration of 15 PAHs ranged from 91.3 to 1 835.2 ng/g with the mean values of 326.6 ng/g.3-ring and 4-ring PAHs were dominant,which accounted for 31.9% and 30.4% of the ∑PAHs concentration,respectively。The total concentration of PAHs was increasing in recent years.The total concentration of PAHs in city zones was higher than that in rural areas and the total PAHs concentration was highest in Fuyang.
