Application of Dumas Combustion Method to Protein Analysis on Imported and Exported Grains and Oilseeds

测定农产品中蛋白含量的凯氏定氮法在许多国家已被杜马斯燃烧法定氮法代替。将杜马斯燃烧法应用于进出口谷物和油料蛋白含量的检测中,通过与凯氏法进行对比,最终认为杜马斯法可以作为测定谷物和油料中蛋白含量的常规方法。

The Kjeldahl procedure has been replaced by Dumas combustion procedure in the total N determination in many countries.The author applied Dumas combustion method to total nitrogen determination in imported and exported grains and oilseeds.It was concluded that Dumas method can be used as a regular method for determination of nitrogen contents in grains and oilseeds by comparing with Kjeldahl method.
