彩色多普勒超声检查2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的临床观察

Clinical observation of color Doppler ultrasonography on detecting lower limb vascular lesion in type-2 diabetes

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的诊断价值。方法:对84例2型糖尿病患者与50例非糖尿病患者的下肢血管形态、血管壁内-中膜厚度(IMT)、有无斑块、管腔狭窄或闭塞及血流动力学改变进行比较。结果:2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉管腔的硬化斑块、狭窄及闭塞的发生率明显高于非糖尿病组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。硬化斑块的发生率以股动脉最常见,而管腔狭窄、闭塞以累及腘动脉以下远端的足背动脉、胫前动脉受累最为明显。结论:彩色多普勒超声对2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的早期诊断、预防及治疗有重要的临床价值。

Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of the color Doppler ultrasonography on detecting lower limb vascular lesion in type-2 diabetes.Methods：The vascular morphology,intima-media thickness （IMT）,plaques,lumen stenosis or occlusion and the changes of haemodynamics were compared between the study group（84 cases with type-2 diabetes） and control group（65 cases of non diabetes）.Results：The occurrence rates of plaques,stenosis and occlusion in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.And the plaques most often occurred on femoral artery,stenosis and occlusion more involved dorsalis pedis artery and anterior tibial artery in the distant end below popliteal artery.Conclusion：The color Doppler ultrasonography shows great clinical significance in early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of lower limb vascular lesions in type-2 diabetes.
