摘要
目的:探讨微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)和Ki-67基因蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组织化学SP方法对手术诊断的142例乳腺癌组织与40例正常乳腺组织中MCM5和Ki-67基因蛋白进行检测,分析其表达情况。结果:MCM5、Ki-67在乳腺癌与正常组织中皆有表达,乳腺癌组织的表达明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。MCM5表达和Ki-67表达呈正相关(相关系数r=0.486P=0.031)。MCM5表达与乳腺癌组织分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Ki-67与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:MCM5和Ki-67的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关,可能成为新的乳腺癌肿瘤增生标志物。
Objective:To investigate the MCM5 and Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues and its significance.Methods:The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect MCM5 and Ki-67 protein ion in 142 cases of breast cancer tissue,diagnosed by surgery,and 40 cases of normal breast tissue from August 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital.Their expression status was analyzed.Results:Both breast cancer and normal tissues had the expression of MCM5 and Ki-67,the expression of breast cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of the normal tissue (P0.05).MCM5 expression and Ki-67 expression showed positive correlation(r= 0.486 P=0.031).MCM5 expression was related with breast cancer grade,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis (P0.05).Ki-67 was related with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis (P0.05).Conclusion:MCM5 and Ki-67 expression is related with the occurrence and development of breast cancer, which may become the new markers of breast cancer tumor proliferation.
