Analysis of disease spectrums of prehospital emergency care after earthquake

目的:对汶川大地震灾后我院院前急救中的疾病病种分布进行分析,为灾后我院急诊科建设与发展提供参考依据。方法:采取回顾性调查分析方法,搜集我院的院前急救出诊资料,发现其规律。结果:男女比例为1.86:1。外科急症以交通伤为主,内科急症以意识障碍急症为主,其他科以妇产科为主。结论:进一步增强急诊医护人员对创伤以及心脑血管急症的救护技能,加强安全和疾病知识宣教,更合理地配置急救资源。

Objective：To analyze the disease spectrums of prehospital emergency care after earthquake for investigate the rule and providing the reference basis to the post-earthquake construction and development of emergency department in our hospital.Methods： From June 2008 to December 2009,the prehospital emergency care records in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed on several aspects to discover the rule. Results：In the disease spectrums of post-earthquake prehospital emergency care,the male-to-female ratio was 1.86：1.The majority of surgical emergency was the traffic accident, and the disturbance of consciousness as the majority of internal medicine emergency.Among other departments,the gynecological and obstetric emergencies were more common.The patients aged 20-59 years accounted for 66.71%.Conclusion：Should further strengthen the emergency rescue skills of emergency medical personnel in trauma and cardiocerebrovascular accidents, enhance the propaganda and education of safety and health knowledge,and allocate the first aid resources more rationally.
