甲型H1N1流感重症患者抢救成功1例及相关文献复习

摘要 1病例资料患者,男,55岁,白族,因＂发热3天,加重伴气促胸闷半天＂于2009年12月3日入住我院呼吸科,入院后患者病情急剧加重,并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）、脓毒血症、脓毒性休克,于当天转入ICU。查体：体温：40℃、脉搏115次/分,呼吸32次/分,血压130/80mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,SpO268%（FiO20.21）。
