三级甲等医院一级护理内容框架构建研究

Study on framework of of first-class nursing content in grade Ⅲ-A general hospital

目的明确三级甲等医院内科系统一级护理内容项目及框架构建,为临床护理的组织管理提供切实可行的依据。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法,对湖南省三级甲等医院内科系统护理专家就三级甲等医院内科一级护理内容及框架构建进行了调查。结果参与调查的专家权威程度Ca=0.94,提示护理专家对三级甲等医院内科及专科等级护理项日内容的评价是可信的。确定三级甲等医院内科系统一级护理内容理论框架包括直接护理63项,间接护理23项,一级护理86项。结论三级甲等医院内科系统一级护理内容以直接护理。

【Objective】To define the contents and framework of the first-class nursing in internal medical system of Grade Ⅲ-A general hospital in order to provide a practicable basis for the clinical nursing management.【Methods】 Totally 50 nursing specialists in Hunan participated in the survey with the Delphi method about the contents and framework of the first grade nursing project in internal medical system of a Grade III-A general hospital.【Results】The opinion of 50 specialists was creditable（Ca=0.94）.Acording to the result of the investigation,the theoretical framework of the first class nursing content in the internal medicine ward of the first-class nursing could be defined as the direct nursing care 63 items,indirect care 23 items,total 86 items.【Conclusion】Direct nursing care and indirect care were regarded as the framework of the first-class nursing content in internal medical system of Grade III-A general hospital.
