National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project under the International View

许多国家的政府都致力于发展信息共享接入点和推进农村信息化建设,因此出现了一些和我国的"全国文化信息资源共享工程"类似的政府公益性项目。英、美等发达国家及智利、埃及、印度和斯里兰卡等非发达国家政府在发展推进信息化建设的公益性项目方面卓有成效,其项目虽都由政府主导实施,但各具特色。无论是项目的组织模式、资源整合和部门协作,亦或是公众信息技能培养、项目的监督与评估等方面都有值得借鉴之处。

Many governments have committed to developing information-sharing access points end promoting rural information construction projects. Like National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, many public projects have been implemented. The important point of the paper moves from the previous developed countries （such as US,Britain） to other non-developed countries （such as Chile, Egypt, India and Srilanka）, and finds out that in the development of information technology governments are effective in promoting public projects. Although their projects are implemented by the government-led, with different features. We should learn from the projects not only in organization model, resources integration and coordination among various departments, but also in the development of public information skills, supervision and evaluation.
