基于满意度导向的图书馆内部营销探析

摘要 图书馆内部营销的目的,是将活动或服务项目向读者营销前,先行运用在内部顾客(即所有的员工)身上,借由内部营销赢得员工的满意度,以便在实行外部营销时才更容易获得读者的满意度。
