摘要
采用微生物杯碟法测定甲磺酸左氧氟沙星大鼠组织分布和血清蛋白结合率,测定口服给药后10min、30min和4h心、肺、肝、脾、肾、肠、脂肪、肌肉、子宫、睾丸、脑和血组织药物浓度,结果表明30min的组织药物浓度为最高,大鼠血清蛋白结合率为57.88±2.31%。
We determined the distribution in rat tissues and serum protein binding rate of levofloxacin mesylate (MSALVLX). 10min, 30min and 4h after orally administered with MSALVLX at a dose of 20 mg/kg, rats were killed. Concentrations of MSALVLX in heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, intestines, fat, flesh, uterus, testicle, brain and blood respectively were determined. Results showed that concentration of 30min was the highest. The rat serum protein binding rate of MSALVLX is 57.882.31%.
