日粮中添加油菜籽对牦牛瘤胃发酵的影响研究

Effects of supplementation of rapeseed in dietary on rumen fermentation of yaks

为了研究日粮中添加油菜籽对牦牛瘤胃发酵的影响,给充分利用青海双低油菜资源提供参数,试验采用体外产气法,选择3只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的大通牦牛为瘤胃液供体,底物为500 mg精粗料混合物(4∶6),油菜籽的添加水平为0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%,每个水平3个重复,体外培养48 h后测定培养液的pH值、48 h产气量和干物质降解率(DMD)。结果表明:添加各水平油菜籽对pH值影响差异不显著;油菜籽各添加水平对干物质降解率、48 h产气量有负影响,随着添加量的增加干物质降解率和产气量都下降,添加水平为25%时干物质降解率和产气量显著降低(P<0.05)。

To make full use of double low rapeseed resources of Qinghai,the experiment adopted the method of in vitro gas production,three Datong yaks were fitted with permanent rumen fistulas as rumen fluid donor.The substrate material was the mixture of concentrate and crude feedstuff（4∶[KG-＊2/3]6,500 mg）,the added levels of rapeseed were 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25% with three repetitions for every level.The pH value in vitro culture medium,48 hours gas production and the degradation rate of dry matter（DMD） were measured after 48 hours.The results showed that there was no influence on the pH value（P0.05） when added rapeseed for every level,however,it had a negative impact on the DMD and 48 hours gas production.As the increase of the added amount,the DMD and gas production had fallen,DMD and gas production were significantly decreased（P0.05） when added the 25% of rapeseed.
