摘要
为了获得原位产纤维素酶活较高的菌株,试验采用CMC固体培养初筛和摇床培养复筛的方法以从玉米秸秆还田土壤中筛选出纤维素酶活力较高的菌株。结果表明:SC1号菌株羧甲基纤维素酶活力较强,SC6号菌株滤纸糖化力相对较强,通过16S rDNA序列分析发现SC6号菌株与假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)的相似性达到100%。
To obtain higher strains for the in-situ cellulase activity,the experiment adopted the methods of the CMC solid media and the shake cultivation to screen the higher cellulase activity strains from the soil amended with corn straw.The results showed that SC1 strain demonstrated higher activity of carboxymethyl cellulose enzyme,SC6 bacteria also demonstrated relatively higher filter paper enzyme(FPase) activity,it was shown SC6 strain was most closed to Pseudomonas sp.with 100% similarities through 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
