禽类抑制素的研究进展

摘要 抑制素是转化生长因子家族中唯一具有内分泌激素功能的成员,在调控动物生殖生理活动中起着重要作用。随着对动物抑制素合成部位、表达规律及作用机理的深入研究,抑制素已经逐步用于提高家养动物繁殖力和不育不孕诊断的指标。文章就抑制素在禽类的研究进展、技术开发及应用前景作一概述。
